DJ AmberLove is a Southern-born DJ and musical curator whose sound is shaped by movement, memory, and deep cultural reverence. Raised in a traveling military family, she grew up experiencing cities, rhythms, and communities across the map, each leaving its own imprint on her ear. Hip-hop was her first love, but her musical fluency expands across R&B, house, jazz, soul, funk, and global soundscapes, reflecting a life lived in many places and grounded in the beauty of difference.
A renal dietitian by day and community-centered creative by night, AmberLove brings care, intuition, and presence into every space she touches. Her ear is unmistakable; able to catch nuance, mood, and emotional texture with precision. Known for her silky transitions and her ability to set a room’s emotional temperature, she creates experiences that feel warm, beautiful, and deeply intentional.
Based in Seattle, she is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, continuing in her commitment to service, sisterhood, and the empowerment of women and BIPOC communities. Her DJ work moves fluidly between nightclubs, weddings, private events, cultural gatherings, and community celebrations, each set tailored to the moment, the energy, and the people in the room.
Frequently booked throughout the city, she is also available for regional and destination travel, bringing her unique sound to any place where people come together to feel, to connect, and to move.
